Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location and delivery request time. We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Processing Time
• All diaper cakes are handmade to order.
• Standard processing time is 2–4 business days before shipment.
• During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
• The damaged item
• Packaging
• Shipping label
We will assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Damaged or Defective Orders
We want your gift to arrive perfect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
• Photo of the shipping label
Once reviewed, we may:
• Replace the product, or
• Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation
